• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.

• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated and any accumulated winnings will be forfeited.

The following rules apply when placing bets on tk10a:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Payouts are made based on tk10a's set odds. If an error is found in the odds, tk10a reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays. The last confirmed odds will be considered final.
• If betting fraud or match-fixing is detected, tk10a will void the relevant bets and suspend the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk10a:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering under multiple identities to abuse bonuses.
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate odds or outcomes.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
• Attempting unauthorized access to tk10a's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

You can close your tk10a account at any time by contacting us via live chat or emailing support@tk10a.bet.

Tk10a may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

In the case of voluntary self-exclusion, your balance will be kept safe and returned when your account is reactivated.
